Split systems are one of our most active service lines: for single rooms, multiple rooms, whole apartments, and houses where individual room-by-room control matters more than running everything from one thermostat. They are often the smarter choice over ducted for renovated homes, apartments, granny flats, or any situation where you want flexibility over which spaces you are heating or cooling.

Multi-head systems pair one outdoor unit with several indoor heads, which is useful for apartments and homes where running ductwork is not practical and you want to keep the outdoor footprint small. Most single split installations are completed in a day; multi-head systems can take a day or two depending on complexity.

Control your ducted system room by room.

Advantage Air's MyAir and MyPlace systems are the smart control and zoning we fit to a lot of our ducted installations. Instead of one thermostat for the whole house, you get a colour touchscreen on the wall, plus an app on your phone, that lets you set the temperature and airflow in each zone independently, schedule it, and only condition the rooms you are actually using.

It pairs neatly with Daikin ducted systems, and for most homes it pays for itself in comfort and running costs. There is little point cooling the bedrooms at midday or the living areas overnight. We fit it, set it up, and walk you through it so it suits the way your household actually runs.

Regular maintenance extends the life of any system.

Air conditioners that get an annual service tend to outlast those that do not, often by years. We regularly service systems from the 2000s, and occasionally older ones. Proper maintenance makes a significant difference to how long any system runs at its full potential.

A standard service involves clearing build-up from the condenser and evaporator coils, flushing the condensate line to prevent blockages, cleaning the filters, and testing the system end to end so any issue is caught before it leaves you without cooling on a hot day. As a Daikin Specialist Dealer, we also handle manufacturer warranty claims directly on your behalf.

If you would rather not have to remember, we offer annual maintenance plans for homes and businesses, so your system is looked after on a regular schedule and you avoid the peak-season rush.

Commercial and new-build air conditioning.

Around a fifth of our work is commercial: offices, shops and small commercial spaces, along with work for builders on new homes and major renovations. We can quote from plans, coordinate first-fix and second-fix around your program, and commission the system at handover.

If you are a builder, architect or business owner, it pays to bring us in early. Getting the sizing, zoning and duct routing right at the design stage produces a better result than trying to fix it later, and we are comfortable working to specifications, drawings and documentation.
